Amaircare 3000 Replacement Filters

All moulded style filters now considered a custom build and will take additional time to fulfill.

Your unit should look like the one below... (the filters on this page are for the Amaircare 3000 and the Amaircare 4000 old body style).

Moulded Filters vs Easy Twist Filters

The Amaircare 3000 portable floor model unit was redesigned in 2015.

• Units manufactured before 2015 will require the moulded filters. Please see picture below. The filters will be open on both ends with a hollow center. The pre filters for these moulded filters will be made of a black carbon fabric.

• Units manufactured after 2015 will require the Easy Twist filters that lock into place by a groove. Please see picture below. The filters will be open on one end and have a metal cap on the other with a picture of arrows that indicate a twisting motion. The pre filters for these easy twist filters will be made of a grey foam material.

• Amaircare 4000 portable floor model units from 2006 and before will require the same moulded filters on this page. Some may even be manufactured by a company called Beam. Amaircare rebranded these units to the 3000 around 2006 but filters are the same.

How Amaircare sells the 3000 Replacement filters

• The stage 1 (prefilter) and stage 3 (carbon filter) are only sold in combination in Annual kits.
• The stage 2 (HEPA filter) is sold separately.  Recommended change is every 3-5 years.

There are 3 different Annual filter kits to choose from for 3 different needs. Stage 3 filter type is interchangeable so any of the kits will work with your unit regardless of which one you have now.

Standard Kit: Particulate and light odors Focus

• 3 carbon prefilters - change every 4 months
• 2 acti-carbon inner blankets - change every 6  months
• Does not include HEPA

Standard Plus Kit: particulate and VOC / Chemicals Focus

• 3 carbon prefilters - change every 4 months
• 1 VOC Blend 7 lb x 16 inch diameter Carbon Cannister - Change annually
• Does not include HEPA

Formaldezorb Kit: Particulate and Formaldehyde / VOC Focus

• 3 carbon prefilters - change every 4 months
• 1 Formaldezorb blend 7 lb X 16 inch diameter carbon cannister - change annually.
• Does not include HEPA

HEPA Filter

• Change every 3-5 years
